I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

I will not tolerate any form of disrespect; I will communicate with you my boundaries if something makes me uncomfortable yes, but any type of abuse/hurtful/bigoted language towards me or any of my associates will not be tolerated.

Please be clear with what you're looking for when filling out the commission form.

Provide multiple references of the character/idea !! Mood board, Picrews, and doodles will be incredibly helpful !!!

Please be professional when I am requesting information about your commission !!

If you fail to deliver important information/references/descriptions on your ideas/character/ect, then it is on you if the commission is not to your liking. I will be sending multiple W.I.Ps throughout the process so you need to speak up. Do not blame me for your inability to properly communicate with your artist.

Resolution of the artwork will be between 2000 x 3000pi; may be slightly larger or smaller depending on the commission that you request !!

I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission, please ask for as many revisions during this point during the process. I will show W.I.Ps via DMS/VGen's built in DMs

Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission !!

I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but I do have my own personal issues. I will communicate with any issues occurring that will push the commission back !!

I expect that payment will be delivered upfront and in a timely manner *

Payments will be made using either Stripe or PayPal !!

There will be a rush fee involved depending on how tight the deadline is.

I will not charge you for revisions during the sketch phase, but i will charge for more than 3 big revisions during the lineart and color phases.

Multiple revisions are allowed during the sketch phase !!

I will allow only 3 big revisions during the lineart/coloring/painting phase, they are not covered in the prices.

Too many little revisions that delay your commission will result in additional fees. Although, if due to my own neglect i need to make any revisions during any of the phases, they will be free.

it's up to me to choose constitutes as a big and small revision !!

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted. Even if you are unhappy with the piece of artwork.

You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the final piece of art. I will not accept anymore commissions from you if you do file a chargeback.

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Use the artwork as reference for a study.

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Color in my sketches or lineart (without permission)

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
